The Cody family traveled from all over the country to come together in Sandbridge. I had the pleasure of photographing them during their stay. We took a large group shot and then broke down into smaller groups. I especially got a kick out of the candid photo of the Cody grandparents with their grandchildren.

Nicole and I have been friends since we were three years old. She was the maid of honor at my wedding, and when I found that she was engaged I was so ecstatic. Of course the first thing that came to mind is that I have to do their engagement session! So when Nicole and Greg came down from NJ to start planning their Williamsburg wedding I jumped on the chance to take their photos. Since the two met at the beach, we went down to Chesapeake beach a couple of blocks from my house. We had so much fun. It makes me happy to see Nicole so happy! I can’t wait for their big day.
Karen Schell wanted to have some lifestyle portraits made of her four children at home. I believe it is an advantage photographing children where they live and play because they instantly feel more comfortable. A lot of clients think that their backyard may not be up to par, but a patch of grass, group of trees or a flower garden can go a long way! Or another option is going to a local park that is familiar. I had such a great time photographing the Schell family! It was neat capturing each one express their personality.
