Amanda contacted me to take editorial style photographs of her and her family in Ghent for her commercial realtor website. We photographed a mix of head shots, action, and landscapes to give Amanda a lot of versatility for her promotional materials. View some of the out-takes below.

So my oldest friend tied the knot last weekend at the Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg. And I finally got to experience what it’s like to be the Maid of Honor. Well – actually I should say Matron of Honor, but that sounds so old. It was such a beautiful wedding and I appreciated being on the other side of the camera for a change. Although being the obsessed photographer I am – I couldn’t help but sneak a few shots of Nicole and Greg.
And I love this picture my husband captured of the happy couple leaving the church with me smiling at them. (I’m the last one on the right)
Katie and Scott wanted to have two looks to their engagement photographs. So they chose Seashore State Park to get the woods and fall leaves and then the oceanfront across the street for beach shots. Katie and Scott were especially brave to wear short sleeves and flip flops on a extremely chilly day!
