Beach portraits are timeless for so many reasons. Besides the obvious beautiful backdrop it creates, it is also the perfect place for kids and adults to let loose. I always encourage my clients to bring things to play with as keeping active helps make for fun candid photos. I love that you can photograph portraits here in Charleston year round! The light is a little different in the winter and of course not as many leaves are on the trees, but the landscapes are just as beautiful and the weather is comfortable. I had the pleasure to photograph Mary and Robert's engagement session at the beautiful Middleton Place. I am very excited to work with them again at their wedding this fall also at Middleton Place!
As things wind down for the high school senior season I feel so grateful for to get the opportunity to meet these rising stars. If you feel like you missed out it certainly is not too late. Spring is a wonderful time to take senior photographs as well to create keepsakes, announcements and more.
